The neck size , medium, claimed to fix my dogs neck size but it was too big. I walked the dog but didn't fit right. I just got the smaller size and it fits perfectly. She is 10 neck and 20 chest. I'll be sending this one back, however, this is a good product, pink is a nice shade, sturdy material, looks good.
