Well, I accidentally clicked a star before thinking about the fact maybe I should wait longer until reviewing. Anyway, So far, I have used this maybe about 10 times since recieving about 2 weeks ago. I switch out to a non-led during the day instead of this being a singular item for walking or otherwise. I have a SIberian husky here at about 60 lbs and it's a firm fit too, so there's no sliding around really (when walking) and loose enough to fit fingers through and feel space around the neck. I've checked when he's been curled in a ball too and there's still good space to it. It has 2 rings to it also. Use the top one if walking and the bottom if needing to place on a cable of any sort. It will better keep the harness from slightly sliding more to one side and also keep the led parts from bending more. The lighting itself is quite bright in the dark as well. I've tested in various lighting at night and the best place to use this is in fairly dark places with almost no lighting or where there are spots that are outside of what lighting is present. As far as the different modes of the lights go, I like to use solid, but have used the flashing ones once or twice. The battery on/off button is easy to get to as well... right on top and at the back of the harness.
